"Séjour agréable mais quelques points d’améliorations."

Le check in flexible et indépendant. Logement facilement accessible par un bus qui va directement en centre ville. Gisella a mis du temps à répondre pour le check in mais était réactive endeuillé par whatsapp.

L’attente pour avoir une réponse lors du check-in. Le ménage dans la salle de bains commune devrait être fait quotidiennement et la pomme de douche + lunette des WC sont à changer. La climatisation ne fonctionnait plus la dernière nuit. Le petit déjeuner était servi au bar en bas de l’immeuble. Le « lit king size » réservé pour une personne était un lit de 1.20m donc la description de la chambre était en quelque sorte mensongère.

Niente.

Il bagno in comune è una cosa insostenibile. Attesa per andare in bagno che ovviamente è già stato utilizzato da altri ospiti. La colazione è al minimo indispensabile presso un bar nelle vicinanze. Il parcheggio è su strada.
