Fantastic central location, across from the supermarket, in short walking distance from shops, cafes, restaurants and attractions. Also very close to bus stop 9 which is where you can get picked up and dropped off for airport transfers to main bus stop. Another bonus about the location if you’re a short and easy walk away from the bus terminal which is ideal for excursions. The property was fantastic. A lot of space. Well equipped kitchen. Very quiet. I had requested hypoallergenic bedding before arriving. Very fast response and was not an issue. Contact with the team was easy, fast responses. Would stay again!

Nothing we didn’t like. Only a small suggestion with it coming into the summer months potentially having black out curtains.

The staff were wonderful, so accommodating and answered our messages immediately. We were able to check in early (for a small fee) which was much needed after a long overnight flight. The location is perfect! On the main shopping/dining/drinking street and in walking distance of everything - which we took advantage of! The apartment was well stocked with basics (dishes, condiments, soaps, towels etc) and there is a Bonus grocery store right across the street The bed was comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of hot water and the apartment was extremely clean. Perfect!!!

There was an odd smell coming from the bathroom sometimes.

Apartment is located in a centre of the high street. Easy access to shops, transport and tourist sites. Apartment is having all amenities for a peaceful stay and rest.

Only limited utensils are available for cooking.

Very nice, spacious and well-equipped apartment, in the best location in town. Most importantly, clean and tidy. I enjoyed my stay.

Great location, good sized room for two people. Little kitchen area to make food. Comfortable and warm ( sometimes too warm). Key code to get in and have to rely on this being messaged but responses are pretty quick

Couldn’t see where to control temp for the room- was quite hot at times

Service ist sehr unfreundlich Hatten zu 4t einen Stuhl und 3 Teller, ging 2 Tage bis etwas gemacht wurde.

设施问题：酒店的楼梯是很老的旋转楼梯，特别的危险，而且在我入住的时候，电梯都是坏的，住宿方也没有明确的提前告知，在我再三请求下，幸好换到了一楼的房间，要不然我一个女生提着一个28寸的大箱子到二楼或三楼真的非常的危险，几乎是不可能的事情。幸好房屋管家帮我换到了一楼解决的问题，要不然我真的得退款了。 清洁问题：房间的灯光非常暗，必须要拉开所有窗帘才能达到图片的明亮效果，我不知道图片上很亮的图片是经过什么效果操作才这样，由于房间的灯光非常爱，其实有一些清洁不到位的地方很也明显，比如说潮湿发霉的洗手盆边缘，还有全是灰的通风管道，很多地方其实都没有清洁到位。还有厨房柜子里很多灰尘和颗粒都洒出来了。而且床单上也发现了些许毛线和毛发。姑且5-6分吧，满分十分的话。 通风问题：房间比较闷热，不建议夏天来住。
