The location and neighborhood was very nice. The rental company was very attentive to our needs when we contacted them, the private pool was a great addition to the home and the decor was very nice, the kids loved the pirate themed rooms.

The cleanliness of the property definitely needs some work, the counters were very gritty when we got there and touched them so I had to wipe all the counters down in the kitchen and bathrooms, the floor was dirty by the window in the master bedroom so I cleaned that up with a wet paper towel, there was spilled dried up milk in the pirate room, the internet had been unplugged and we had to figure out where it was, if this happens to you there and is square panel door in the laundry room with the router in it. There is no way to turn off the water fall to the pool which is very loud when trying to watch tv in the living room, I would recommend having a switch for that or on a timer where it goes off in the evenings until day time.
