Excellent location in Alicante old town, near to all amenities and the beach. Staff are attentive, rooms clean and tidy and quiet for where it is located.

Staff was not accommodating As someone who travels frequently and suffers from severe elevator claustrophobia, I specifically requested a room on a lower floor because I do not use elevators under any circumstances. Most hotels are understanding and accommodate this request because it is not simply a preference it is an accessibility and health issue for me. Unfortunately, this hotel completely ignored my request and assigned me a room on the highest floor. For three days, I was forced to climb four flights of stairs multiple times a day while carrying luggage, shopping bags, and returning after long days out. Throughout my stay, I felt that my situation was being minimized and not taken seriously. I understand that hotels cannot guarantee every request, but empathy, communication, and a reasonable effort to accommodate guests can make a significant difference. Instead, I felt ignored and inconvenienced for the duration of my stay. A very disappointing experience, especially from a business whose purpose is hospitality.
