The hotel is located very close to the bus station. However, looking back, it is definitely much better to stay in the downtown area near the lake.

The cleanliness was unacceptable. We found cockroaches all over the bathroom, and they kept coming out from everywhere. Because of this, we had to be moved to different rooms three times. Both the rooms and the shower were filthy, as was the rest of the hotel. Additionally, the staff's children were constantly running around the property, using the pool, and leaving the elevator and hallways completely soaked. We couldn't get any sleep because the employees' families were staying in the rooms; they woke up very early, screaming and slamming doors. To make matters worse, communication was a mess—every staff member gave us different information, and the overall customer service left a lot to be desired. Finally, although breakfast was included, the food and the dishes were dirty. We only went the first day and refused to go back for the rest of our stay.

The staff were friendly. The Swedish massage was excellent, one of the best I’ve had. The hotel had style.

There was no shade at all on the roof top pool area. The roof top bar was not open. The suites at the front of the hotel are in full sun all day, no shade on the balcony either.

Hôtel familial, très bien situé à l’entrée du village, accessible en 5mn à pied. Grande chambre, avec une baignoire insolite à côté du lit! Jolie vue sur les canaux. Calme. Le propriétaire est très accueillant . Parfait pour un court séjour.

Pas de petit déjeuner.

Room exceptional. Quiet. Good bar and restaurant. Really great staff.

I was completely satisfied.

Location was perfect between attractions so in mid day we can relax and get ready for end day claim.
