Maravilloso el sitio. Muy bien atendido, Instalaciones modernas, cómodas y espaciosas. Deliciosos y abundantes desayunos. Precioso comedor, llenos de naturaleza, delicioso ambiente y comida y con gente muy amable atendiendo. ÚNICA SUGERENCIA, PONER MÚSICA COLOMBIANA EN TAN EXCEPCIONAL SITIO.

"Mala opción "

El hotel es nuevo y están bien las habitaciones, pero la gestión es muy mala. El hotel está en un edificio con otros negocios y el parqueadero está en el sótano pero los huéspedes deben esperar hasta 10 minutos para que el portero le permita a uno el ingreso, y ocurre todo el tiempo, y es porque el hotel no le da a uno una tarjeta para activar el mecanismo automático. El check in dura 20 minutos, el check out otros 10, ya que sólo hay una persona en recepción. El teléfono nunca lo contestan. Lo intenté varias veces por el parqueadero y no atienden nunca. El horario de desayuno es malo si debe uno salir temprano. Ofrecen un desayuno viajero pero consiste en un vaso de yogurt y un caso de cereal cerrados con vinipel, una manzana pequeña y con golpes y sin lavar, un pan enano, una tajada de jamón y una de queso, y sin cubiertos. Las habitaciones las hacen tarde. Un día llegamos a las 3 y aún no la habían hecho y nos tocó esperar 15 minutos más hasta que mandaron a la encargada. No volvería.

The property is beautiful BUT the service is so poor. You can't find drinking water in the hotel after 9PM. Ordering room service is challenging since you need to do so through WhatsApp. The Spa and the Hotel are two different companies SO it is not granted that you will be able to use the spa when you get a room in the hotel. The restaurant service is the worst. They take forever to serve you and so many items in the menu are not available.

El personal muy atento, el desayuno variado y fresco. El apartamento que nos ofrecieron fue la mejor opción, cómodo y totalmente equipado, una buena alternativa para disfrutar la estadía en familia. El restaurante me pareció lindo y acogedor.
