"Perfect stay"

Everything. Lobby bar is really cool! Rooms are so comfortable and well designed. Marshall speaker is amazing! Great view from the room. Staff are so helpful and friendly!

"Hotel ist schön - top Lage, tolles Personal…Frühstück ist absolut ausbaufähig"

Die Lage des Hotels ist klasse - in 5 Minuten auf der Kö und in der Altstadt. Haltestelle Heinrich-Heine-Allee ist auch nur 5-10 Minuten weg. Zimmer sind auch sehr schön und sauber gewesen. Da die duschen aus Glas sind, sollte man mit dem Partner oder guten Freunden hin.

Das Frühstück. Hier waren sie unserer Meinung absolut überfordert. Wir waren 2 Nächte. Beim 1. Frühstück gab es um 10:30 Uhr kein Rührei mehr (bis 11 Uhr Frühstück). Beim 2. Frühstück gab es gar kein Rührei, da die Eier ausgegangen sind. Kaffee ist auch etwas schwierig. Für schwarzen Kaffee kann es gut laufen, wenn sie die Kannen wieder füllen. Für Cappuccino, Latte Macchiato, etc. benötigt man Wartezeit…es wäre besser, man würde wo 2 Maschinen aufstellen und jeder kann sich holen. Ansonsten war es mit dem Nachfüllen etwas langsam. Geht besser.
