The staff was really kind and helpful. Long before our arrival we were in contact with the hotel manager Steven, who answered all our questions via WhatsApp. He also helped us arrange transportation to HCMC. During our stay we were allowed to use the kitchen to make a light breakfast. The room was large and the view was beautiful.

The beds are extremely hard. The hotel is noisy, so if there is noise from other guests in the evening/night, you can hear everything. However, this was only a problem for us one out of five nights, and it doesn't seem like the hotel attracts noisy guests in general. We got really good value for money at Flora Home.

The size of the room was huge and the view out of the window was wonderful. I requested a quiet room and the one I got faced the back of the property. The soundproofing in the windows was significant, I could definitely hear the difference between open and closed. At night there was next to no traffic from the road, so blissfully quiet. The staff were really sweet and helpful; one of them even wrote out some recommendations for coffee and food places in the main town. The location is some way out of town - 30 mins walk through the backstreets, just over 30 mins via the main roads, or get a grab to drive you in. Nearby there are many little shops and street food vendors. Some of the surrounding streets have wonderful views over the hills. Some decent coffee shops within a few minutes' walk as well.

The only thing I didn't like was something the hotel can't control: the barking dogs in the neighbourhood! This is a quiet spot apart from the dogs. They don't bark constantly, but they get set off in the mornings and occasionally in the evenings, and can continue for a good hour or two. For the light sleepers, this is a decent spot, just be prepared for background barking.

The place is clean and cosy and the rooms are spacious. Best thing about the place is the staff. Very helpful and friendly, they go above and beyond (we couldn't get a taxi to the market due to the weather so Steve decided to drive us there! He also sent us a WhatsApp a few hours later to make sure we were okay and that we could make it back okay).

Quiet, clean , family run. Friendly, helpful, and happy staff. It is a short taxi ride to the market area, but that is a small price to be away from the noise and bustle of the town.

There is a bathtub in room but when i filled water, it was leaked to the floor, i think its need to be fixed or something, a bit dangerous

Wonderful manager/owner speaking perfect English and doing everything possible for the guests. Beautiful and large room. Very quiet.

Nothing but worth mentioning for guests that they do not accept credits cards. Not a big deal as cash is the way to go everywhere in Vietnam.
