Não gostei de nada . Não parece com as fotos. E não parece seguro. Por isso mudei de hotel. Espero a devolução da diária cancelada por culpa do hotel. Me senti enganada

De nada.

Tudo, desde a recepção até a saída. Primeiro que o recepcionista pede meus documentos e fica perguntando informações que tem no meu documento. Quando cheguei no quarto, as camas eram duras, o ar-condicionado não funciona, e o chuveiro saia umas faíscas de eletricidade, fiquei com muito medo de tomar choque, fora que a limpeza daquele banheiro estava péssima.
