Staff was friendly and helpful. Made me feel at home. No request was too much. Beautiful plac. Right on the beach. They went above and beyond to make my stay, comfortable, entertaining and satisfied. Thanks to the owner and wonderful staff. Til next time...

The family who runs the business is super friendly and made my stay unforgettable. I was visiting during very low season thus I was the only guest in the lodge. The staff took great care of me and I tried some delicious meals. The feeling of being surrounded by the nature is both intimidating and fascinating. I definitely recommend the place and would love to come back!

I recommend using a local sim card as internet connection was not great.

He tornat amb tot el cos ple de picotades i paràsits pel cos, no se ben bé si per el sofà O per el llit, però he de dir que al llit em picava molt tot el cos. He hagut de prendre medicació per a les larves que m'acompanyen i tinc uns picors horrorosos

El entorno: bosque y playa fantásticos. Las instalaciones centrales (comedor y jardín) son muy bonitos, también. El personal (Aisha y los chicos) fueron amables con nosotros.

1) Que ME TOMASEN EL PELO: pregunté previamente, por email, si la habitación tenía mosquitera y me contestaron que sí. Lo que me encontré colgado sobre la cama (de matrimonio) fue una mosquitera INDIVIDUAL, tamaño niño, que ni siquiera servía para cubrir a una persona, pues no llegaba a tocar el colchón . Vamos, que no servía para nada. Tuve que dormir envuelta en telas, también la cara, como una momia, para intentar protegerme de alguna manera. Confort y relax CERO. 2) Información ENGAÑOSA en la descripción de la habitación: no tiene WARDROBE (armario), ni mosquitera, como ya he explicado. Ni una mala silla donde poner algo del equipaje. 3) Mal aislamiento de la habitación. La puerta de la cabaña es solo simbólica (rendijas de varios centímetros) y por ella se cuelan sin problemas CUCARACHAS y hormigas, y resto de animales que no llegamos a ver, pero de los que había indicios, lo cual no es muy agradable ni conveniente. 4) Que me cobraran por adelantado, incluso sin mostrarte antes la habitación. Ese detalle siempre me parece feo. 5) El caminito de acceso a las cabañas está cubierto de musgo resbaladizo. Me escurrí en un par de ocasiones y tuve suerte de que la cosa quedara ahí.

Staff was super friendly, food was delicious and reasonably priced, and the rooms were clean and secure. The beach was right outside and the garden was delightful to spend time in. Great location for the beach and a cool reptile farm. A great place to unplug and unwind!

Far from much of anything but a small store and a couple of restaurants. Spotty internet, and consistently waited over an hour for food.

Service was a bit lacking: not enough towels, not enough blankets, no trash cans, one dinner with chicken that we ordered, was sold and used again for next meal as only bones were used for the sauce. We mentioned this, and we were refunded for the second meal cooked with left overs (left overa from half eaten chickens that were collected from all guests plates). All rooms were very moldy and one room bed was a nest for ants. Also on check in day, they tried to give us a barrack building, which is not even includes on the hotel pictures, obviously we declined and wanted the round houses we had reserved. Price was overrated. A lot of rubbish thrown on the side of walk pavements, such as broken lamp bulbs, plasric containers so thats abiut it for "eco-lodge"
