We were buying on our own but all cooking untensils are there.

The issue of charfging for Security Deposit separately instead of making it part of the invoice with a clause to say this amount is refundable upon checking the room and ensuring that all items are safe. Demanding for security deposit payment outside the initial invoice gives clients an uneasy feeling that probably the request is meant to swindle clients otherwise why was it not included in the initial invoice??? Moreover, for other properties no such additional demand for security deposit was made. Improvce in that area.
