Check-in is self-service, so we ask that you personally complete your traveler's information. Our support team will be available to assist you with the process between 4:00 PM and 9:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after this time, please ensure you are able to enter your information and use the app yourself; otherwise, you will have the option to pay an additional fee for late check-in. The heated pool and sauna will be open from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM between November 1 and April 31. It will not be open outside of these dates. The gates are automated, and if you do not leave during these times, they will not open until the following day. Heated pool rules: 1) Opening hours: 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM 2) Children under 10 years of age are not allowed access to the facility unless accompanied by an adult. 3) Wearing a cap is mandatory. 4) The following are prohibited: - Using a ball or mat. - Consuming food or drinks on the premises. - Using glasses or glass objects. - Using a bathroom without showering first.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
