The location was perfect for the beach, restaurants and bars. All the staff are very friendly!

The owners are really nice people. That's the starting point because you see them every day and usually whenever you enter or exit the property through the restaurant. They are kind and good conversationalists. The location is excellent if you want to be close to the beach which is right down the road. Also the pool is nice and they make great 'real' iced coffee. So many of the restaurants in the area use nescafe machines, which is substandard. The cleaning lady is also nice and can be trusted. My GF speaks Turkish and spoke with her every day. I had over 5k$ worth of camera equipment in that room, sometimes out charging and nothing was ever touched. There's tons of restaurants and everything you need right next to the hotel. They also serve food there and there is a full bar. The balcony was pretty nice too overlooking the pool but we didn't use it because it was just too hot the ten days we were there (not the hotel's fault).

The internet was slow in my room. If you need to work online, like I did, from within the room it won't be easy or sometimes even possible. But sadly, slow internet is the standard in Turkey. There are two bars next to the apartment that play very loud music until a little after midnight, every night. You cannot get away from the sound. I found this very irritating the first two nights and then just got used to it. Some aspects of the rooms could use upgrades. Our shower door was broken. Holes in the screen, paint chipping everywhere,etc... There could also be an AC in the bedroom. There is only one in the living room for the whole apartment and it took a while to cool everything down. I think the property is aware of these things but Turkey is in an inflationary crisis now and upgrades are costly. Overall, we were fine with the hotel once we got settled in but at the price point I expected a little more.

Everything was great. We didn't feel like strangers. The team is friendly. The rooms were clean. An electric hob in the kitchen is an alternative. The fridge is bigger than the minibar in normal hotels. So we could put everything in it. The hotel is close to the beach. There is a beach with free umbrellas Marmaris is famous for its nightlife. Therefore, the sound continues until midnight. If you are considering Marmaris, I suggest you pay attention to this situation. It is not a problem for us.

We would have liked to have a safe box in the room. Maybe they can renew it in the future

lovely little apartments, very central to everything

Ambiyans harika. Havuz çok keyifli. Dış alanlar yemyeşil, çiçeklerle dolu, dere kenarında çok merkezi bir yerde. Odalar lüks değil ama her şey var. Sahipleri çok saygın insanlar. Bir daha konaklamak isterim.

It was obvious that the staff work very long hours but that didn't stop them being friendly and very helpful. The room had everything we needed and the balcony overlooking the pool was a really nice feature. The pool itself is a good size and in keeping with the rest of the hotel, everything was spotless. The food at the hotel was also good. They don't push the restaurant in an evening which isn't a negative, most are out and about exploring. The location was a big selling point for use, very close to the seafront and in a nice setting on the canal.

There was only one slight negative and this is out of the control of the hotel. There are a couple of bars that play music very loudly in the evening. I wouldn't let this worry you or lead you to look at somewhere else. As we found, we're generally out and about when the music starts and when we return, we catch the tail end. The bars are regulated so the music suddenly shuts off and peace returns. In a morning and during the day it is ever so peaceful, it's a few hours in the evening and for the majority, not an issue. Over the 8/9 days of our stay I think it got quieter, we had no issues sleeping. I can't see those bars surviving for long, the noise only appeals to a small minority and they seemed to be virtually empty. Bars just around the corner were full.
