⭐ 1/5 — If disappointment had an address, it would be this place. Let me start by saying the photos online deserve an Oscar… for *Best Fictional Universe*. Because the moment I arrived, I realised the real property and the pictures are in a long-distance relationship. And trust me — they are NOT on talking terms. The place was so untidy I felt like I had checked into a social experiment titled *“How long can a human survive without hygiene?”* Spoiler: not long. The property managers, in their infinite wisdom, shifted me to another one of their “nearby properties” — which was basically the same thing but with slightly different disappointments. Think: “Diet Disaster.” It was *a little* better, in the same way a slap is better than a punch. Maintenance? Zero. Cleanliness? Also zero. Vibes? Negative. And the best part? **RATS.** Yes. Actual rats. Inside the room. I didn’t pay for roommates, but at least these ones didn’t snore. They definitely judged me though. Overall, 10/10 would NOT recommend — unless you’re a rat looking for affordable housing.

Way to the hotel is shady. Full of garbage. Rooms are nice but we have to cross the dirty pathways

Location is good. staff behaviour is very familiar. all are helpful.

Building Entrance is so dirty. room size is so small, don’t go through the photos shared on the website. rooms light is dull and also my bathroom lock is not working. They have only few options on Breakfast menu, like bread toast, omelet, puri sabji and maggie.

The staff were very nice and helpful.. though the infrastructure needs major improvements. The bathroom doors did not lock, faucets were not working as they should, tiles in the bedroom majorly faulty. Had to order out. Kitchen is not at all dependable. Breakfast is less than ordinary even though one has to order and pay for it
