Abisko Turiststation STF

Awesome place to stay whilst in Abisko. The park and train station are just down the road. You can enjoy the sauna there, and see the Aurora from the dining room/kitchen. Friendly staff. The tours are a bit pricey though.

Turiststationen har trevliga hotellrum på huvudbyggnaden. Flera mysiga utrymmen att sitta och koppla av. Mycket vänlig personal.

Great place to view Northern Lights. We had a great experience. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Seeing the Northern Lights was the reason we wanted to come here and the location did not dissapoint! The staff and restaurant were really nice. There were nice trials and hikes super close by. The cherry on top was the grocery store only a 4 min drive away, which was really convenient for easy meals, snacks, and souvenirs. Would definitely stay here again if we were to visit once more.

Ottimo soggiorno! Siamo stati 3 notti. Camera piccola ma confortevole. Colazione inclusa, pranzo a buffet e cena “alla carta”. Noi siamo vegani, e siamo stati piacevolmente colpiti dalla disponibilità e presenza di alimenti che potevamo mangiare! Abbiamo affittato overall e stivali all’interno della struttura, scelta azzeccatissima! Personale alla reception fantastico, super disponibile ad aiutarci! E che dire, location da fiaba! Unica, piccola, pecca era l’odore di fogna che risaliva dallo scarico in alcuni momenti, ma per il resto soggiorno fantastico. Ci piacerebbe poter tornare!

Nice place

A good, clean and safe self-containing facility for visitors. Food is good, staff is helpful and accomodating. If lucky, the northen lights nay just be dancing outside your room.
