Location and number of rooms

Very dated - looked different from the images, not as clean as could be. mezzanine room is not as described and was unusable for our group - very steep ladder like access to a mattress on floor. it could be used by other groups. confusion on arrival meant beds weren’t prepared and office staff were pretty abrupt - despite the error being on their part. however the crew that arrived to resolve the issue were amazing small things like no tea or coffee which you often get in places. worst was the two full ashtrays outside on table

"great space, just a few disappointments"

property lovely and warm and spacious. Netflix was a bonus

the bin or dishwasher hadn’t been emptied when we arrived. considering we paid for full service I would’ve expected it to be clean and ready when we arrived. the wifi was pretty weak but not a huge deal. the main disappointment was the oven, the door wouldn’t shut properly and it never heated up enough to cook our dinner which was a huge disappointment when there was 9 hungry people.
