The Study at Yale

The Study at Yale is a wonderful hotel. Convenient to the university, shopping and dining. The staff was very professional and friendly. Check-in was a breeze. Our room was very spacious, comfortable and clean.

Location was perfect. Lobby is inviting and comfortable

Get ice machines. Since there is no fridge in the room, that makes it more necessary. The process of getting ice was ridiculous and took too much time

Comfortable and clean accommodation. Kind courteous staff. Restaurant Heirloom does excellent food. Convenient for Yale

Like lobby and wide big widow , the furniture is really good to learning and work. Other facilities was poor . Not kettle, not coffee maker . Only from 7-10 am coffee available at lobby which is my favorite place. Restaurant looks nice and reasonable price. With out yale location, it is nothing

“At 10:45 p.m., while I was chatting with my child, we received an utterly absurd phone call from the lobby manager. Someone had complained that our conversation was disturbing them. It’s ridiculous—we didn’t even have the TV on, and we were just talking at a normal volume. My child was holding the phone and said, “no-no.” I was furious. What kind of wall insulation does this hotel have, if normal conversation in our room can disturb others? First, the hotel cannot blame guests for poor soundproofing by telling us not to talk. It’s shameless to intrude on guests with such a call. We aren’t watching TV or playing any music. A lovely evening was ruined by this heartless, unreasonable interruption. I will not accept this. I called the front desk back—if the neighbor cannot sleep, they should be given earplugs. The one responsible for any soundproofing issue is the hotel, not the guest. I feel disgusted, as if I swallowed a fly. I’m sorry, but I refuse to accept—that I was disturbed, and by such an uncaring and unreasonable call.”
