"What's not to like? Great hotel near the heart of the Yale campus"

What's not to like? Clean, chic hotel, close to the Yale campus. Excellent restaurant downstairs. Coffee and tea in the morning. Nice art and lots of great books to peruse in the lobby, where the windows during the day bring in lots of light.

Excellent hotel, big comfortable rooms very well located.

Breakfast and specially the breakfast staff were really disappointing. Unprofessional even though the restaurant was almost empty. A pity since the hotel is excellent.

Clean, cute, very close to Yale.

Not much. It was a bit busy, so my room service order was forgotten which was a bit of a bummer.
