Hotel Bardo - Adults Only

We loved how secluded and tropical the property was, even though it is relatively close to Tulum Centro! The rooms were beautiful, and our private plunge pool was heated, so we ended up relaxing in it most nights.

It's not their fault but the mosquitoes are brutal when it's hot and humid! Made it difficult to enjoy most of the outdoor spaces like the bar and restaurant. We also wished we had a little more space to unpack without making the room a mess, but it wasn't a big deal.

El hotel las picinas son frías solo tienen 3 caliente ,además de ser caro cuando me fui me cobraron dos veses lo que el día que llegué consumí lo pague con mi tarjeta y después me lo pusieron a la habitación también lástima que me di cuenta cuando llegué a mi casa pero es carísimo para lo que ofrecen

The location is not great for the value of the property; mosquitoes are the problem; the hotel would offer a complimentary repellent, as other places we visited did.The hotel has only one small restaurant, and the quality and prices are not the best. There are no good restaurants nearby, and it’s not within walking distance of downtown as described. When we ordered a glass of wine, the first one was served in a large glass filled halfway, but the second was served in a smaller glass that wasn’t even half full — for the same price. The same happened with the food: the portions were smaller when we ordered the second time. Also, the private pool in our room wasn’t specified as being unheated — that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. Unfortunately, the water was too cold, so we couldn’t even enjoy the floating breakfast. The best part was the staff. They were very friendly and attentive.

Extrem schöne und sauber Unterkunft. Total freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Super zum Entspannen und runterkommen. Essen und Cocktails waren ebenfalls sehr hochwertig.

Essen im Restaurant war teuer im Vergleich zu Restaurants außerhalb.

La cocina es muy básica y no es Buena para los precios tan elevados .

My wife and I loved Hotel Bardo! The private pool was excellent, as well as the surrounding common areas. Would definitely recommend this Hotel.
