The property was very difficult to access from either direction as it was on a very busy road with double lines. You couldn’t turn in from the wedt or out easily if wanting to go east.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

The spa wasn't working Shower head was broken Tv was tiny No Wi fi Room was untidy on arrival Stained sheets Bedside chipped and damaged Furniture all different colours No cupboard for clothes just a portable clothes rack

The only thing to like was the view.

Way over priced. No car parks available once we come back from dinner paid $449 for a night and had to park on the roadside. Room was dirty, smoke alarms hanging from the ceiling with cobwebs hanging off them. Light switches were filthy, dirt and dust in the door tracks. Bedding had stains all over it. Half shower screens on the showers then added a shower curtain that did nothing, one shower was unusable due to shower head being broken. Staff were never in reception and when calling the contact number they’d never answer.

There were cockroaches. The shower had water that can go everywhere. This has been a long problem as the bathroom door has was rotting at the bottom
