ASİWA HOTEL

Very centrally located hotel. Small scale but good for short stay. Staff are helpful and nice. Breakfast is quite simple in a warm room unfortunately. There used to be a swimming pool there. Too bad the roof is closed. Room is spacious and clean , with balcony. Only thing missing is terrace where you can drink coffee.

Alt kısmı düğün salonu saat 23’e kadar gürültü var. Odada balkon yok. Konumu merkeze yakınlığı açısından çok iyi. Karşılama çok iyi. Ancak otel yönetimi profesyonel hareket etmeli. Odalarda hiç bir bilgilendirici klavuz yok. Örneğin desk no.su, kahvaltı saatleri, nerede.. ben müşteri olarak bu bilgileri kimseye sormadan bilmeliyim, klima kullanımı konusunda bilgi (perdenin arkasında duvarda görünmeyen yerde bir bilgilendirme var ama görmek imkansız klima kumandasının yanında olması daha uygun değilmi) , kahvaltı yetersiz,kısıtlı, bazı yiyecekler günlük değil. Her şey para değil müşteri memnuniyeti de Dikkate alınmalı.

I stayed there for 48 hours .. during that, I called about 15-20 times to ask the staff to fix the air conditioning as it was not working from the moment I received the room.. it turns ON for 30 seconds and then turns off Nobody bothered him/herself to come and check it in my room I asked to change the room but they didn’t do it.. I asked to talk to the manager but they said that she was out and she doesn’t answer her phone My room was in the third floor and the temperature was more than 32 as it is July!! So it was damn hot! So the two nights I spent there were really like HELL! Also, they don’t take payment in dollar.. and most of the staff doesn’t speak English I would not recommend this hotel to anyone especially in summer

Hotel is,ok..clean and spacious rooms. Lots of power points which was great. Small balcony. Shower was ok, not much pressure though and no door to keep water from flooding bathroom. Bed was rock hard and breakfast incredibly basic. Ok for a night.

Otel odasına girince sizi bastırılmış bir sigara kokusu karşılıyor. Yatağa yastıklara bile sinmişti. Onun haricinde güzeldi. Tek temizlik sıkıntısı oydu. Kahvaltı idare eder normal düzeyde. Genel olarak orta seviye. Ulaşım olarakta birçok yere yakın yürüme mesafesinde.

Beds were good. The room was large, very clean and the bathroom was spotless.. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast room was hard to find....down a hallway with no lights and no sign. Breakfast was less than satisfactory.

Burayı Hotels.com önerisiyle bulmuştum. Daha öncede kalmıştım. Hotels.com aracılığıyla problemsiz bir şekilde aldım ve konakladım. Otel merkezde sayılır.Her yere yürüme mesafesinde.Örnek olarak YHT tren garı 15 dk. Otelde hiçbir sorun ile karşılaşmadım.Otel temizlik olarak gayet başarılı.Herşey güzeldi. Resepsiyon ekibi muhteşem. Her türlü yardımcı oluyorlar. Gece saat 03.00 te önerdikleri çorbacı harikaydı. Teşekkürler..
