Intra Rooms

Mindre hotell med ett fåtal rum, ingen reception men det gick fint att checka in mha av kommunikation via whatsapp. Fräscht, fint och välstädat. Kan verkligen rekommendera detta ställe. Vi var positivt överraskade. Ligger centralt men lite lugnare gata. Inom området för begränsad biltrafik dock.

Self check-in Zimmer in unmittelbarer Distanz zur Fussgängerzone von Olbia.tolles, sauberes Zimmer mit Bad und Gemeinschaftsküche. Angenehme Kommunikation mit Owner und unkomplizierte Abwicklung. Komme gerne wieder.

Lovely place to stay. The place is very well located. It’s just off the main busy street filled with restaurants and shops but far enough that it’s nice and quiet. The bathroom is lovely and the point of contact, Jessica is very friendly and always happy to help.

Really nice place. Great location and everyone we dealt with was lovely, and went out of their way to help us.

Good place for a night or two. Close to everything downtown. It does exist in a limited traffic area so impossible to use Uber. Call for a taxi pickup in advance if you need one.

Amazing location, very close to olbia town centre and port. Comfortable and clean room. Only issue was that the owner of the property didn’t get in touch until midnight before our stay which was quite stressful as it says on the booking information they will get in touch 72 hours before our stay. Other than this we had a great stay, highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und wir hatten auch ein Upgrade bekommen. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt in der Altstadt. Parken ist in der dazugehörigen Garage möglich. Alles war sehr sauber. Lediglich die Milchglastüren zum Gemeinschaftsflur / Küche sind etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Der Self-Checkin hat gut geklappt. Wir würden die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen.

Good stay, but I realized this is like an Airbnb post on Hotels.com? the host did not get in contact with me until I had to reach out to someone on the receipt from here. However, I received instructions and it was all okay (I was worried on the day of checking in and did not hear anything). Communication I think could be better. Otherwise, the room is in the further end of the hallway of this house (be very quiet as other occupants are in the other rooms, kitchen are shared space but you have your own bathroom which was great as well as the amenities - spacious shower room, and shower/shampoo/gel etc. plenty of towels, bed was comfy and the place is in Olbia centre. All in all, it was okay (I stay for one night). Also the city tax must be paid in Euros/coins so you can leave it with your keys on the wooden desk in your room when you leave. All-in-all, good stay for 1-2 nights
