The Pearl - Marbella

Es ist ein außergewöhnliches, besonders stilvoll eingerichtetes kleines Hotel. Das Frühstück, welches man extra dazu buchen kann, ist sehr lecker.

Das Zimmer war zu klein.

A traumatic experience! I do not recommend this place under any circumstances! Although I knew that check-in starts at 3:00 PM, we arrived at the property at 1:00 PM with our suitcases and simply rang the bell to ask if we could leave our luggage there so we wouldn’t have to drag large suitcases around the city. We waited at the gate for 20 minutes and also called the property’s phone number, but nobody answered. We started to think that something was strange or wrong, because it seemed normal to us that someone would answer the phone—perhaps we needed information, perhaps we couldn’t find the location, etc.—but no one responded. After that, we went to the other entrance and saw that there were people there, but they did not want to answer us. We tried to speak with them, and then a man came toward me who, honestly, made me think he was about to physically attack me. He opened the gate, shouted at us in a way that I can hardly describe, then slammed the door in my face and left me outside, saying that check-in was at 3:00 PM, even though I had clearly explained that we only wanted to leave two bags somewhere in the yard, anywhere. The issue is not that they firstly refused to let us leave our luggage there. The issue is the appalling behavior we witnessed, especially from the owner of the property. It was something I could never have imagined experiencing. ¡Una experiencia traumática! ¡No recomiendo este lugar bajo ninguna circunstancia! Aunque sabía que el check-in comenzaba a las 15:00, llegamos al alojamiento a las 13:00 con nuestras maletas y simplemente llamamos al timbre para pedir si podíamos dejar el equipaje allí y así evitar pasear por la ciudad con unas maletas tan grandes. Esperamos 20 minutos en la puerta y también llamamos al número de teléfono del alojamiento, pero nadie respondió.

Charmantes B&B mit schönem Pool. Sehr leckeres Frühstück. Jonathan war immer verfügbar und hat auch kleine Sonderwünsche erfüllt. Kleiner Tipp: Für etwas mehr Komfort bei 2 Koffern empfehlen wir ein größeres Zimmer zu buchen :).
