"Exceptional"

Deva the caretaker made the difference. He was fantastic. A very caring man. The owner Dinesh and his wife very responsive and we felt so comfortable going forth our chosen residence in Colombo. We have stayed at the Hilton, Cinnamon Grand, Kingsbury , Cinnamon Lake etc. but this is the place to stay. 10/10

"Excellent value for money ! "

Excellent value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Occazia. The rooms are large, spacious and comfortable. The surronding is peaceful and quiet. There is a rooftop terrace where we enjoyed a relaxing evening drink ! We got food items from the supermarket close by and were able to prepare in the kitchen. The caretaker helped to cook and our stay was very relaxing. It is like a home away from home. There are also alot of restaurants and takeaways close by to order food.

"Homely Stay in Colombo "

Excellent place to stay with your family in Colombo. Felt at home! Super host. Deva the caretaker doing a great job. Got a call from the owner to check on us. Highly recommended
