"Very enjoyable stay"

Location and quality. Would definitely come again. Great for a bigger group - everyone has a nice room.

Very very minor ... could do with a bit more kitchen stuff to be able to cook in the house. Needed a jug or something to heat stuff in the microwave, a silicon spatula to stir in the pan, a few more oven dishes and baking trays. As I say - very minor - but we can't all afford to eat out all weekend.

a really great location with new and clean facilities. bedrooms were spacious and the beds were really comfortable.

It had no impact on our stay but a vacuum cleaner would have been nice as we were travelling with small children.

"Fabulous Place to stay with a group"

Great location with a lounge/kitchen area for all the friends to congregate and chat . So close to town and the university so easy to walk around. The host were easy to deal with and answered promptly

Noise does echo and unfortunately there were visitors sitting on their balcony in a different building talking tell 3am in the morning on Saturday after a few drinks. The second bathroom is only available for the main bedroom (which has a single bed inside also) ... which meant a queue for the bathroom .
