Radisson Blu Aruba

I don't write reviews very often but felt the need to in this case. I was so excited to check in here as it's very conveniently located and nicely appointed - very modern and pristine. However, as the days passed, we found chinks in the armor. Pros: 1) Very nice decor and comfortable. Big kitchen table which was perfect for my work space. Big couch and 2 chairs with large screen TV. 2) Bedroom is nice with king bed and very comfortable. 3) Staff were very friendly and seemed to be accommodating. Santos took up our bags and gave us a tour of the suite, and he always greeted us when he saw us. 4) Beautiful and large adults-only infinity pool on 3rd floor and huge hot tub on first floor. 5) Nice grounds. 6) Resident kitty, which I loved Cons: 1) The bathroom sink takes up the entire vanity so you can barely fit a comb on there. We had to balance things on the closed toilet seat. 2) The "amenities" in the shower were a joke. They had bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Only problem? Nothing came out of them except for a drop after pushing it 5 times. I reported it multiple times, and all we got was a new bottle of shampoo. Never got conditioner or body wash, and I didn't pack any since they said they had it. 3) We got 2 bath towels for 2 people and one hand towel. Were we supposed to share a hand towel? I took one off of a housekeeping cart in the hall, and then the maid took it away when she cleaned the room. My husband had a washcloth in the shower and she removed that and never replaced it. 4) The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain. I reported it and it never got fixed. 5) You only get one pool towel per towel card. You need two for the chairs since they're small. 6) the WiFi is impossible to figure out until you learn it since you can't see the options to hit like "Connect". It's all dark. And you have to reconnect every day. 7) They have a full kitchen (no stove, though) but no dishes or silverware, just mugs. Huh? They had cardboard plates and cardboard "silverware" - a set of 4. It's too bad because we definitely would have gone back if not for all these issues. We own at Playa Linda but wanted to extend our stay by staying 4 more nights somewhere new. We won't be back.

This was one of the top hotels I’ve been to! Such a gorgeous place with lovely staff.

very clean, new, good amenities, walking distance to beach. nice staff. had a kitchen, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, kitchen dining table. great balcony. adult pool and kids pool, family pool. bars by pool. convenient to all bars and restaurants in palm beach. you need a rental car to go elsewhere really.

hard to get cabs to eagle beach. bar did not a blender so no tropical drinks. the kitchen does not have a toaster or regular coffee maker. the fridge is ok but not very big and does not stay so cold but there is a freezer which was nice. the driver to the beach only takes five people once an hour. it is walkable. problem is if you are not there by 8 am there will be no chairs all day at the beach. farther down you can rent chairs. needs a toaster and could use maybe an air fryer since there is no stove but a kitchen. would be amazing if they got either a general laundry room or just small washer dryer in room.

Location was not as close to the beach as the pictures indicate but not a far walk.

Adult roof top pool are was lovely.

The room itself was very good both in terms of the space available and the cleanliness. It was a very good layout for a family with older children. The location is also good.

There are a few areas that require improvement that would make this hotel better. The sun beds near the pool - there are not enough and the quality is poor. They are very uncomfortable and need updated. The pool towel system is annoying. You are only permitted one towel per person. I like to have two as one doesn’t cover the full sunbed. There are limited beds at the beach. The biggest let down is the buffet breakfast. I took the kids on the first morning. The food is expensive and very poor. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast at all. Service was also poor as no one offered me a coffee.
