"Due to the lady at the desk we would not returne"

The lady at the desk has absolutely no idea of what she was doing and held us up for over 1 1/4 hours because of it.

The beds were very hard and the rooms were extremely hot

dinner. staff during dinner.

breakfast is very poor. eggs.. no toast. Fruit, only bananas. staff during breakfast very uninterested. The rate of the hotel is way too high for what you are getting. We have paid 141 Euros .. 50 Euros should be the absolute max for this hotel. Behind the reception there was a sign with rates. It should have been half the price we have paid.
