The manager's great attention to guests. Very polite and amiable personality, helpful and prompt in responding to my need

Poor communication skill. Staff, especially restaurants and front desk, needs further training on communication skill while answering calls. Curtain is needed for customer's privacy in the bathroom window in RM 11, overlooking some high built nearby neighborhood buildings.

Reasonable pricing

Avoid this place. I booked online several days before I arrived but the receptionist, and the manager who joined us later, could not find the booking, insisted I didn't have one, and tried to make me pay again. I was finally able to show a receipt from Expedia, but I was right off 36 hours of flights, it was late, and that was an awful start. The rooms are clean enough for $20 a night, but not $60, which is what I paid. Same with the free 'breakfast'. The latch on the door was very stiff, and it took me a long time to get out of my room in the morning. They refused to store my luggage for a few hours when I was departing, which caused a lot of inconvenience.

Location for our purpose of visit was good.

One of the staff( female) had a nonchalant attitude. Did not try to meet our needs. Room was outfitted and outdated. Curtains old torn and hanging off the rails No curtains or blind for privacy in bathroom. I felt so uncomfortable going to the bathroom/toilet. Sheet/pillow covers on the bedroom was not changed and we had to insist they change it . Breakfast was good but staff was not being professional…chitchatting instead of service.
