Centrally located

There are a bunch of kids directly in front of the hotel and directly in front of my room playing music on a sound system as loud as possible until 6 AM in the morning and once they knew there were guests in the hotel, they turned it up, even louder. The hotel staff did nothing to stop this. I notified them that I would be late checking out because I could not sleep until 630 or seven in the morning due to the noise, but they just responded. I needed to check out at 12 anyway and set the cleaning lady knocking on my door at 11:59 AM.

Bed comfortable, hot water, a/c worked, balcony.

Location. It is right across the street from the soccer field where there were games until 10:30 pm. Lots of whistle blowing and cheering. After the games there were people drinking, whooping, and loud music until 3am. At least it was good music.

Staff was very responsive to messages and let me check-in early. Was happy with the big comfy bed

Not having a window/any natural light was unexpected. I definitely did not like the shower. The shower head needs to be replaced.

Que no tiene suficiente luz el cuarto, es imposible poderte maquillar , el ruido de los trabajadores del tianguis a las 6 AM que ponen su música a todo volumen, no tuve agua caliente 2 días

Lovely looking place on a central location

Fridge was broken so my milk went off. There is a cat which lives at the hostel which I wasn’t a fan of (kept trying to get into my room each time the door was open).

comfortable bed, very good AC, very close to down town. Great price.

The check-in process wasn't super easy. if you could send the keys / lockbox information in the email, it would make it easier. Also, the room is very very noisy - birds or monkeys or something was squeaking outside.

Que el horario del check out no era a las 11 y ya nos estaban llamando para desalojarnos. Siendo que el horario en la app decía de 12 a 12:30 pm. El proceso de llegada fué algo complicado debido a que no localizabamos por llamada al anfitrión.
