Respectful other travelers. Office staff could communicate using a translation app. nice to have the food coupons, we enjoyed the meals. room was clean

the room is so small not much room for two people with luggage. Not a lot of insulation to block out the street noise. The bed was too firm for us Price is a high for what you get
