This hotel very bad service, I come into the hotel at midnight 3am, but theere mentioned 24 hours, when I reached nobody open the doors for me, and I change hotel, no receptionist too,and their phone cannot call.is not function , very stupid .and they locked the big door , last time I m traveling to Vietnam , the guest house or hotel (housing style)also open the big door, what a stupid hotel

"Superb"

The staff were very welcoming. The room was large and comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially liked the smart TV which had YouTube built in.

A little dated in parts and some damp in the room but not bad for the price.

"Exceptional"

Everything. Water to refill bottles, big bathroom, great air con, good Wi-Fi, nice people. Near laundry service.
