La residenza è molto vicina ad un grande parcheggio gratuito. A circa 1-1,5 km a piedi dall'Arena e delle piazze più belle. Zona tranquilla, di notte niente rumori molesti. C'è un supermercato raggiungibile a piedi, le indicazioni vengono fornita puntualmente dall'oste.

Meglio organizzarsi prima con la colazione se si deve uscire presto, intorno i bar aprivano alle 8.00 oppure non erano un granché. Questo per evitare di spostarsi troppo a piedi.
