The best asset of the facility is its Staff, who are so courteous, caring, responsive & ever smiling. Food is excellent, more so, the Restaurant is always prepared to cater to your taste buds.

one of our rooms didn’t have the slippers till we requested for them. the hand towels were given to us only after request. we expected hand towels to be given when house keeping came to clean the room.

Sinclairs Gangtok made our stay in Sikkim wonderful. We had previously tried another hotel in Gangtok, but Sinclairs was the clear winner. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable and the WiFi was very stable, which was important for us as we were working. We took a Premier Room which offered a small balcony with an incredible view of the valley, I spent a lot of time appreciating the view from here. The chefs here are also great, we had breakfast and dinner here several times and the food was delicious and to a very high quality each time. However, the thing that really brings this hotel to the top level is the staff, who are all wonderfully friendly and helpful and kind. I would like to especially thank Sujata who always brought us a smile to start and end the day and her lovely team members Mashal, Bishal, Sugen, Ashwin, Prashanto and Amir - thank you for making our stay in Gangtok such a lovely memory!
