Het zwembad is erg prettig, heel leuk ontworpen, met allerlei zitjes en plekken waar je zowel in de zon als in de schaduw kan relaxen. Ook het à la carte-menu van het restaurant en de cocktails zijn erg goed. Personeel is zeer vriendelijk en correct. Gym is bijzonder goed uitgerust, voor zowel krachttraining als cardio. Verder is het qua locatie prima gelegen dichtbij een grote mall, en het bruisende leven in Hua Hin.

Het ontbijt is prima, maar het ontbijtbuffet mocht van ons wel iets gevarieerder. Locatie van het hotel is op prima, maar het ligt wel aan een spoorlijn, die je ook 's nachts wel eens wakker kan houden. Ook zin er op steenworpafstand voldoende bars te vinden, maar eerder bars waar oudere westerse mannen heen gaan, voor wat extra aandacht, dus niet helemaal ons ding. Bovendien zorgen ze 's avonds voor behoorlijk wat herrie, hier valt gewoon niet veel tegen te doen, en om middernacht is het meestal wel stil. Over slapen gesproken: meerdere keren wakker geworden omdat de kamers nogal gehorig zijn. De eerste nacht van de stilstand van een telefoon in de kamer naast ons, wat overigens wel heel goed is opgelost door het personeel. Al met al een prettig verblijf gehad, maar ik was hopelijk iets meer tot rust gekomen. Als nog erg bedankt voor de gastvrijheid!
