Die fußläufige Nähe zur Stadt, die moderne Ausstattung, die Ruhe, der Parkplatz am Haus und die Sauberkeit. Sehr unkomplizierter und freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen rund um den Bleder See und die Vintgar Schlucht.

Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre schön gewesen.
