Beds were very comfy. Room was quiet except for the fan/heater that ran all night. (I got used to it. My partner did not.) Check-in staff was super friendly and helpful. Correspondence with staff in advance of arrival about a pet-free room was also excellent. Breakfast attendant was super friendly and attentive--she had her hands full during a rush, and was hustling and smiling the whole time.

We did not use the fitness room or pool, since the smell of mildew (must, mold?) was pretty overbearing when entering. (The pool chlorine smell covered it up once we got in there, but by then we'd given up on exercise.) Management could easily check it out if they wanted to address it. Open the door from the hallway into that entry area between the exercise room, bathroom, and pool and see how many deep breaths you can take into your lungs. The gravy for the biscuits was hot, but looked pretty ... prepared and not desirable. 4th-floor ice machine not working.

There was a party or reunion there on the 1st floor and we didnt sleep much at all, they were up and down the hall loud as ever. Unfortunately for us though.
