Lovely place. George really friendly and helpful. Unlikely we didn't use the pool because of bad weather but everything looks lovely.

Very convenient location, close to Underground station and to all amenities. The apartment was immaculately clean and spotless , with all the utensils which you would require. There was a capsule of the washing liquid for the washing machine even. The complement for guests in the fridge and lots other small things which makes the stay comfortable. I've rarely seen such thoughtfulness in things. Needless to say about welcoming and friendly staff. Also, the swimming pool was well operated, clean and heated which was one of those point why i chose this residence and i was not dissapointed. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would like to book a stay there again.

Perhaps the front door could close softly & also encourage guests not to stand talking in the stairwell at night on their phones as the sound carries throughout the building.

The apartment was equipped for a short city break, it would have served the purpose however, it is hard to give a full review due to the fact we did not get to use the facilities for very long due to our hosts insisting we move to another location. That said, the member of staff monitoring the location was incredibly helpful and we cannot thank George enough for finding us a new place to stay after the hosts decided to cut our stay short as they did not have the correct documentation for us to stay any longer - he really did save the day and will look after you if you decide to visit.

Our 'hosts'. Unfortunately, a miscommunication had occurred prior to our arrival and it had not been brought to our attention that we were due to fill out documentation before entering the accommodation including passport numbers etc. A link was sent in the midst of many messages and missed but this link or the documentation was never chased up - we offered to provide photocopies of our passports and fill the link upon arrival but instead of admitting the mistake on their end, the hosts decided that we must move to another apartment block over 20 minutes away from the one we had booked. Initially they were going to kick us out over the matter, however their front-of-house managed to talk some sense into them and find a middle ground - without him they were simply creating a mountain out of a molehill. We were more than happy to be flexible however to suggest we should be evicted on the basis that the owners of the property hadn't ensured the relevant paperwork was completed is absurd, the owners of this apartment complex are not in it to cater for the needs of tourists or guests, they are simply in it for the money and that shows through the lack of care they showed towards us. Thankfully, they do employ an excellent front-of-house host George who was beyond helpful, finding us another place to stay and supporting us in this matter.
