I liked the location and the cleanliness of the rooms.

I couldn’t adjust the thermostat to suit my temperature needs.

Room infested , Very loud all night No Parking unless you pay $20 dls Overpriced and missadvertise. This is not a 5 star hotel

Location was perfect… center of town, near food, and quick access to highways leading to two national parks. Has a great rooftop restaurant. Gated parking available.

Only negative was being on first floor required a trip up one elevator from parking lot to registration desk and then a different elevator around a corner and down to the first floor if you were using the luggage cart.

I was staying in the 3rd floor and metal slamming noises were coming from the top floor or not sure what but it was all day since I checked in until 2am I left to my friends house to sleep in the couch what I didn’t want to do in the first place.. So I wanted to stay in the best Hotel in Visalia get good rest because I had a Funeral to go the next morning. “I love the Hotel and I changed floors the next day I booked another night. I wasn’t satisfied and I didn’t stay the night due to your loud noises from that room.” Can I get a Complimentary stay at NO charged for not been able to stay there?? Thank you!!
