直前の人数変更にも対応していただき、とても助かりました。価格も良心的です。

とにかく入室が困難。鍵の暗証番号、部屋の暗証番号、玄関の暗証番号など、幾重にもピンコードがあり、わかりにくい。この形式に慣れていなかったので　困難を極めました。入室をシンプルにするか　説明をクリアにしてもらえると助かります。 　また、ドミトリー形式にも不慣れだったので、夜に外国の方が入ってこようとしたり、不安な点もありました。こういう形式なので、自己責任が問われると思いますが、いろんな人に安心して使えるように、やはり　スタッフ常駐が望まれます。
