Zimmer war in Ordnung

Beim Checkin meine Reservierung nicht finden können Aufzug war "kaputt" Beim Frühstück enttäuscht worden weil es kein Frühstück gab. Waren zu wenig Reservierungen. Jedoch gebucht und bezahlt mit Frühstück.
