Cordialità e massima disponibilità a risolvere qualsiasi problema del proprietario e di tutto lo staff. In camera mancava una scrivania e una sedia (nelle foto si intuiva ci fossero...), erano cambiati un po' gli elementi presenti in camera, ma in men che non si dica il personale ha provveduto a portare sedia e tavolino ad altezza std. Eccellente prontezza.

Sala ristoro/relax un pó troppo piccola. Troppa profumazione ambientale che poteva disturbare. L'illuminazione potrebbe essere migliorata, solo una tipologia di illuminazione potrebbe non essere sufficiente. Al secondo piano il wifi era un pó lento, se bisogna fare lavori importanti non va bene, per il resto ok.
