La atención del personal excelente. El desayuno estupendo y si algo se acababa lo volvían a reponer inmediatamente.

Me gustaría que la habitación tuviese un pequeño mueble o armario para guardar las cosas.

I felt extremely frightened and uncomfortable, which made me afraid to sleep. I saw someone blind hair and could tell from the bed sheets and cover changes that they weren't actually replacing the bed covers. Additionally, I was hesitant to take a shower because the shower stand was cracked, and I was concerned about fungal growth. To be honest, I blame myself a little, but occasionally something happens that teaches me a lesson.

Me parecio pobre en varios sentidos para lo que sale, no cuenta con frigobar, ni desayuno incluido, en el baño dejan un jabon que supuestamente sirve para todo, manos, cuerpo y cabello y la cama y la almohada no estaban en buen estado.

Some breakfast food can be too cold, especially baked beans and sausages.

The check in and bar area were really well decorated and laid out and all of the staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was really clean and comfortable and the bathroom was great.

Some of the food we had could have been better, specifically the pie, gravy, scrambled eggs and sausage's (not all consumed at the same time!).
