Location was good as it was close to the train station.

The entrance/check in wasn't obvious. Clear signage could help.

The room felt like a shoe box, a dorm room. Although it’s an ibis budget it felt like Cupboard. We left immediately

Air con control not working

The room was clean and comfortable.

Being stuck in the lift for a couple hours on the Sunday morning. The staff were not very reassuring as they told us this often happens.

Nothing it was terrible as soon as you walked through the door the reception was a small table. The woman on the desk never smiled once or greeted us just did what she had to do gave us our room key and directions to the lift.

It was in the middle of nowhere the car park was more than the 5 minute walk that was told. The room was dirty the cleaner left a dirty cloth in our sink. The bed was pushed to the wall. The bar staff was absolutely rude I felt so uncomfortable asking for a glass. We sat in the bar and he gave no glasses even though there was loads behind the bar and gave paper cup and mine in a bottle. Very bad customer service. Then when we came back from a wedding reception we got stuck in the lift for 2 hours I was sick and claustrophobic when the life was finally opened the people who opened it just walked off. They never asked if we was ok disgusting behaviour. I was traumatised. This place ruined my whole weekend and wedding experience.
