No breakfast which is not a problem but they have to make microwave to every room

No breakfast. No coffee. No towels. No floor mats. Cockroaches and insects. Aircon didn’t work. Room was not cleaned and bed not made up after first night. All lights didn’t work. Room was far outside like a backpacker room, worse than a room that I would give to my maid. To rate it: -5

Everything was broken not functional, not clean, old bedding cover, the whole place is smelling, it horrible horrible

Location is good, quiet area

The standard of the place was far less than what we were expecting. Linen not good quality. Towels were old and torn, no soap for guests, bathroom mat dirty.

The staff was pleasant and helpful.

The place was dirty. No bins for litter .They need to fix the rooms, bed ,cleanliness. Taking a shower it was terrible. Dust everywhere, smell . The dogs peeing on the car.

Staff asked us to vacate a day before. Everywhere you go there is notice. No tv
