Very nice staff

The only problem we have ever had at this hotel was this time. Their accounting system made multiple charges on our cards which were not authorized. It has taken over a week to get the charges cancelled. The staff cannot correct this type of problem manually, it has to go thru their system. It was frustrating and tied up a considerable sum of our money for many days.
