The staff was exceptional – incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive throughout our stay. The property was very clean, well maintained, and beautifully located, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Everything felt well organised and comfortable overall.

The only downside was the pillows, which were quite hard and misshapen and made sleeping less comfortable.

Nice room in the jungle, a lot of space for the luggage, simple and modern design.

There is no proper door for the toilet. For a couple of friends it is uncomfortable (for sounds and nudity).

Beautiful place, cool monkeys and birds everywhere, spacious room.

Wifi would not work from the room, no fitness area, issues with staff.

Genoten van ons verblijf. Fijne schone kamer, lekker ontbijt en heel behulpzaam personeel. Kamer wordt iedere dag netjes schoongemaakt. Zwembad is ook een pluspunt.

Verblijf ligt buiten het centrum, voor ons een bewuste keuze, midden in de natuur. Er zijn wat fijne restaurants op loopafstand. Kamer heeft geen airco.

Muchos mosquitos, personal poco amable especialmente en el desayuno. No hay aire acondicionado y desayuno escaso.

Amazing stay! The surrounding nature was stunning, and the constant sounds of wildlife made the experience truly unique. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even better. Highly recommended! Just make sure you’re aware of howler monkeys and their loud calls, so you don’t get startled in the morning.

I would remove the fitness area — the workout equipment was in very poor condition.

Very exceptional experience, we enjoyed the place very much. The nature around the dome is so beatiful full of interesting plants and animals to observe. The staff was extremely helpful and attentive to all our needs which made our stay very pleasant.
