Overall experience was good. Service was excellent. Location is good. Unit is spacious and clean. There’s free parking within the compound. It’s secure.

Only thing is the bed is on the firm/hard side. Other than that, everything else is comfy

就是没有人提到噪音问题吗？在航线下，每天从早到晚都很大飞机噪音和摩托车的声音，对于喜欢清静和早睡的人来讲这个真的太痛苦了，睡眠非常不好。但除此以外房间非常完美。

De faciliteiten van het hotel waren uitstekend, vlakbij waren restaurants en supermarkten. Het personeel was geweldig en we mochten later uitchecken. Zeer hygiënisch en schoon. Een aanrader! Er was een parkeergarage die vanaf 8 uur 's avonds afgesloten werd, alleen gasten konden er in. Op deze manier stond onze scooter veilig tegen (mogelijke) diefstal.

Exceptionally clean, comfortable, large room with fully equipped kitchenette, lots of storage for personal wardrobe and items. Also has pool and fitness facilities. In great location outside the old city center along major east/west road just a few hundred meters from Chiangmai University. Plenty of food options in short walking distance, a night market across from CMU. 15-20 drive to Doi Suthep, or take the red shuttle from the departure zone by the Chiangmai Zoo nearby. I must also mention the very polite and helpful staff. Complimentary fruit brought to room upon check-in. Always pleasant and helpful. Access to property and accommodations is secure. Very safe area. Easy transportation available to old city center and shopping by taxi or songthaew to experience the nightlife and popular restaurants, and other interesting sights. Definitely an A+++++ accommodation. A real hidden gem. Thank you Nivas Chiangmai.

There’s nothing about the property to dislike. All aspects of the property are exceptional, including the WiFi and air conditioned rooms and ample covered parking.

This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed at! This is easily the cleanest room we have ever been in! Absolutely flawless! The staff here are extremely kind, polite and helpful. Our children enjoyed the swimming pool and always being able to walk to local shops. This property is very close to many attractions and restaurants. There is also easy parking if you rent a car, as we did. We cannot fault one thing about this place and would recommend to everyone. Families, singles, uni students! It is wonderful. Thank you for such a great stay!!
