Galería Suites San Pancho

The location was great, short walk to the beach and many restaurants. It was a cute place, clean and had what we needed for a few nights. AC worked great, good shower, hot water, and good WiFi. It had a very small fridge and a small gas stove with some basic kitchen supplies.

The bed was too hard for both my husband and me. I travel with two foam pads anyways, but it was still too hard. I would recommend a pad on the bed or a better mattress. There is no designated loading/unloading zone in front of the place, but there should be for guests with luggage. We had a car and didnt expect parking, but we had to carry our things a long way.

Everything! The room was clean, spacious and stylish and had everything we needed. The outdoor area was a jungle paradise and we could do work on the WiFi while sat outside. Locate just a few steps from the beach, and lots of shops and restaurants. The gallery had lots of beautiful artwork. The owner/ host was so lovely and welcoming, we will definitely come back next time.

Location, eclectic, clean, comfy, great staff

Very nice place! The location was very close to the beach entrance, right on the main drag. Rooms are in the back so nice and quiet. Carolyn the main host was lovely and very helpful, as were her alternates.. Quite zen-like Japanese-like accomodation. Very clean, no bugs, comfortable bed, good AC. Cash to pay for your stay. They do not take credit cards even for the deposit which was a reasonable amount. They wanted the deposit paid by Paypal or direct to a person's bank account. We used Paypal for their refund policy if this was not legit, but it all turned out to be legitimate and a very nice place. With only 3 rooms to rent we were lucky we scored one. The beach restaurants had better drinks prices than the restaurants. All prices in Mexico seem 25 to 30% higher than 2 years ago, especially for $CDN.

There was nowhere to store clothing so we had to live out of our suitcases. Not sure how anyone would get in if arriving after hours. Plan ahead. There was a big garage like door to unlock after hours. Make sure you know the trip charge from Purerto Vallarta BEFORE you load luggage into a vehicle. Cheapest possible (arrnged by a local) was 650 pesos. Some people paid $120 US!

Excellent! I can only speak for the room i stayed in as there are 2 more rooms. My trip was with my wife of many years and so this is from a couples point of view. As a New Yorker where customer service is top priority, this place checked all the boxes. The staff was professional and courteous, room was clean, alot of space and the location was great. You take less then 2 mins to the beach and less then 1 min to bars and restaurants. My wife did mention the sounds in the morning from the birds chirping that may be a bit much but that was only for 20 mins and then it was back to normal. Overall our stay was outstanding.

Excellent location steps away from the beach, restaurants and shops. Loved the outdoor and kitchen space. Fantastic room layout and amazing shower.

As described, the location was about 20 metres from the beach and right in the centre of things. The room was spacious and comfortable - great bed and washroom. Carolina and her colleagues(Aurelia and Paloma) were always around if we needed anything or had any questions. They were great!
