Nice little cozy cabin. Nothing fancy but good for the price.

Simple Cabin, nothing fancy. Clean and very convenient location.

The manager (Edward) was extremely rude. I had prepaid for the room but forgot my ID. My kids were cold. crying and hungry in the car and I kept requesting him to use my husbands ID and card. He just kept yelling at me, 'your fault'. I literally had tears in my eyes but he wouldn't help and wouldn't stop yelling. A different staff member named Gerald stepped in and helped us out. I would not recommend this place ever. I'm definitely reporting them to BBB.

Steer clear. Dangerously unsanitary, blood-stained sheets, mold in bathroom, trash pileup, infested with bugs, dirty towels, dirty carpet from 1930, blankets from 1970, duct-taped extension cords. You have to take your own trash with you. The owner, Edward/Eddie, will attempt to extort you for extra charges for each child, as well as extra money for parking to park on the dirt. He will also harass you and spy on you. The absolute worst.

My girlfriend and I were very disappointed. The grounds haven't been touched in years, outside trash can full and looked like it had been full for months. Had to ask for another roll of toilet paper. one was not enough. Towels were cheap and tiny. No housekeeping. The carpet was probably 30 years old.

Extension cords on the wall. Duct tape repairs.

There was no air conditioner. When we arrived at 545pm, it was 91 degrees outside and 96 degrees inside the cabin. The guy at the front desk said we needed to open the windows to get airflow. There were holes in every screen and mosquitoes were already flying around inside the cabin. We could not keep the windows open because mosquitoes would come in through the screen. Also the guy at the front desk said the water would turn off one minute after starting the shower, so to keep the shower running, you have to pull a string, which was already broken, and hold the string while you take a shower to keep the water running. And then after all of that the cabin was disgusting dirty.

The place was not a canin as advertised, and simply a cheap motel in the woods. The property and the room was outdated, and disrepair. The rooms have no air-conditioning, tv that one has to pay for any good programming, and their was no wifi as advertised. I showed up at 230 pm and saw thay my "cabin" was open, but i was not allowed to check in until 3pm by the manager, at which point he kept stressing to me that i needed to checkout BEFORE 11 am and take my trash with me. It was very hot in the room where I found scant towels, and dried out shampoo and lotion packets which were unusable. All of the windows had to be opened just to try to make it cool down. I asked for a fan and about the wifi. I was given a fan and lied to about the wifi. I was told it was in need.of repair, and the only reason there was no wifi, but when i scanned for wifi it was available, just the manager did not want to provide the password and instead gave me a fan that helped only a little. I will never go back to this cheap motel with terrible service, especially for the 170$+ tax a night price. The place is not a get away, but a place you want to get away from. I truly felt relaxed and cared for at the café where I ate at the base of Wrightwood as I escaped my cheap motel promptly BEFORE 11 am. Maybe motel management can go to the cafe and ask the Cafe owners and workers for advice on customer service, positive customer experience, and the value of customers. Sorry for not taking photos.

This place was super dirty. The manager was rude and told us we had to take out our own trash. The windows didn’t lock and the curtains didn’t close. There was no actual parking spots, we had to park in the driveway. The tv worked, and the bed wasn’t bad, the only positives I can think of.

Poor facility….un kept No air conditioning….interior design lacking in so many areas. Thin walls; next tenant heard everything. Noise from highway…. NOT a destination one should invest in. Look further afield to stay in a residence worth the money
