Very little hot water to shower Parking lot looked like a junk yard

The location and comfortable beds..

The plumbing wasn’t working properly..

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! I felt VERY UNSAFE & UNCOMFORTABLE for the first time in my life & I'm 58!!!!!! I also asked him why all the exits/ entrances weren't locked coming in & out have access to the customers hallway as well. He got very pissed, disrespectful & this time threatened me that he's calling the police to remove me knowing I live 8 hrs away. When I checked in prior to this I was told by my VIP customer support that they emailed Travel Lodge asking not to give me a late cancelation fee & they approved it. I was approx $11 short & I was refused check in. I asked if I could cover the difference on a credit card & was refused again. My friend had $100 cash to pay the difference & he refused again saying he only has small bills so it needed to get changed or we can't check in. I asked for the receipt so I had proof of checking out due to the bed bugs fleas filthy stained curtains blood bowel urine & seman stains accompanied by pubic hairs. He refused to give us one. Immediately after finding out all of the above I went to let him know & asked if he could look at the room. I would have called to ask but there wasn't a phone & couldn't call from mine due to misplacing my memory card. He said staff can't enter the room. I said I didn't ask you too & said we would stand in the hallway & he refused to do it. I went back & brought everything to him so he could look at it and I was treated worse than before & was told to get out of his lobby before something may happen. That's when I said you cant refuse me or any paying customers refusal to their room knowing I live 8 hrs away because I told him at check in I can't drive that far due to my sleeping disorder. He basically responded not giving a shit & when I asked earlier about the exit/entry doors being exsecible to anyone he couldn't care less.

Exit fire doors were off the closer or blocked all day and night key cards didn't work had to have a manual key
